Home Screen
When I looked at the home screen of the VinFast app I wanted it to be less intrusive and have a harmonious relationship between elements of the physical dashboard defined in the Car.
In today's world, merging physical objects and digital interfaces is essential. Take the integration of car dashboards and mobile apps as a prime example. This connection revolutionizes convenience and control for drivers.
Design defines so much of our experience. That is why I felt a connection to the dashboard needed to be a clear representation of those physical anchor points.
The traditional physical dashboard, a crucial interface in vehicles, delivers essential information to drivers like speed, fuel levels, and engine performance indicators. It serves as an accessible source of real-time data. Yet, as technology advances, it is evident that the dashboard alone is insufficient to meet the growing demands of drivers.
With this integration, drivers gain access to an array of features and functions that surpass the physical limitations of the dashboard. The app acts as an extension of the dashboard, serving up a personalized and interactive experience. Drivers can effortlessly receive vehicle notifications, alerts, and updates on their smartphone. This enables real-time monitoring of various parameters and the prompt receipt of maintenance or issue alerts.
Additionally, the connectivity between the dashboard and the app allows for advanced control of the vehicle. Through the mobile app, drivers can remotely start the engine, adjust the climate control, and even locate and lock/unlock the vehicle. This convenient remote access offers increased efficiency, making vehicle management effortless for drivers.
Manufacturers, on the other hand, benefit from this connection by gaining access to valuable data. By gathering information from the app, they can analyze driving patterns, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance metrics. This data helps manufacturers identify areas of improvement, optimize fuel efficiency, and enhance overall driving experience. Ultimately, the integration of the physical dashboard with the mobile app represents a significant step forward in automotive technology. By combining the tangible benefits of the dashboard with the limitless possibilities of the app, this connection creates a harmon.
Out of the danger zone
In 2017 Hurricane Irma Hit the East coast of America.
Tesla has pushed an over-the-air update to some of its vehicles in Florida that lets those cars go just a liiiittle bit farther, thus helping their owners get that much farther away from the devastation of Hurricane Irma.
Training wheels

The Apple Watch has become such a big part of our live. It is integral in everything we do from shopping to health. It should also be the same for our car. The Vinfast Watch App is designed for light weight interaction.
